 Lay Ministries of the Conference Pennsylvania Southeast Conference seeks to provide training for lay persons in its congregations in order that they might increase the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their ministries as members of their local congregations. These opportunities for lay persons take many different forms, such as: workshops and seminars, the biannual Boyertown Christian Education & Church Leaders' Workshops, and Lay Ministry for the 21st Century (a continuing education program sponsored by three Conference of the United church of Christ).
